The new certification program recognizes and celebrates companies that demonstrate excellence in communicative risk management. The initiative includes a comprehensive audit on the risk management process and multiple projects or risk files testing whether the RiskChallenger capabilities and methods of communicative risk management are being used to their fullest potential.

On the path to certification, a RiskChallenger auditor assesses the proper use of RiskChallenger’s risk management methodology and software. To obtain the certification, the organization must obtain ratings of ‘good’ or ‘excellent’ on all aspects related to communicative risk management. Re-certification takes place annually to ensure that new developments in the industry and the latest best practices are implemented.

For clients, working with a RiskChallenger Certified Company means an assurance that risk management is carried out at a very high-quality level. By doing so, they ensure reduction of failure costs and greater awareness of uncertainties in projects.
