Scale-up RiskChallenger joins De Gasfabriek

RiskChallenger supports in a user-friendly way the risk manager in having the right conversation about risks at those times when they matter. This translates risks into effective control and elevates the risk file from obligation to measurable result. The software contributes to greater awareness of risk management. Diederik Bol and Harry Steenwijk are joining De Gasfabriek with their scale-up RiskChallenger. A collaboration that offers great opportunities for both parties. The company has been operating completely independently since this summer. With RiskChallenger's interactive software, users are able to quickly and efficiently gain insight into the right information for a concrete risk analysis. In short: a scalable IT solution. And we love that at De Gasfabriek!

Harry Steenwijk has years of experience in risk management. Diederik Bol has experience in entrepreneurship and management. He therefore also focuses on internal processes and business growth. In order to initiate smooth business growth and respond optimally to customer needs, a team of developers, consisting of Rien Heuver and Wybren Kortstra, has been added to RiskChallenger.

Moving to De Gasfabriek

In recent months, they have been busy: after becoming independent, they have moved to a new web platform. New clients have already arrived. The head office is located in Amersfoort and the development team works from the branch office in Enschede.

Collaboration with other companies

Various collaborations with other companies are encouraged on the campus of De Gasfabriek. For example, a collaboration with the team at De Brandeniers has begun for the construction of the new website. In addition, discussions are ongoing about collaborations with other companies on campus.

How would you characterize your work atmosphere at the moment?

"We mainly have the hands-on mentality of wanting to do it all ourselves," says Diederik. "Both in terms of automation and operations on a strategic and tactical level, but also operationally. We believe in the enormous potential of RiskChallenger! In the start-up period we have already had a lot of fun and learned a tremendous amount. Doing fun things with fun people is really necessary for me in my job!"

How do you see the future of RiskChallenger?

"Eventually we want to become the global player in the field of communicative risk management! Until then, we mainly want to grow our network and continue to work on growing RiskChallenger with great enthusiasm and pleasure. We are confidently looking forward to the future!"
