Who are we?

RiskChallenger is a niche player in the risk management market, whose service and product is "Communicative Risk Management". Within our resilience division, we serve clients in their safety and continuity issues. Due to the increasing demand for communicative risk management in the Safety sector, there is a need to expand our safety team.

Our primary markets are mostly organisations working in critical infrastructure, energy sector, central government, decentralised government, healthcare and/or water management. But other/smaller organisational requirements and assignments also come up. In the coming period, we would like to broaden our scope and enter new markets. Together, we also constantly develop new insights and concepts that strengthen the integrality between the various security and continuity issues. We focus on service provision and the development of matching software products.

What will you do?

You perform a crucial role within organisations by ensuring that the health and safety of employees in the workplace is safeguarded. The work may vary depending on the specific needs of your clients. As you will visit different clients, you will broaden your knowledge and expertise and no two days will be the same. In this, you often fulfill a senior role, directing and coordinating project members and other parties involved.

You are also an important part of the growing RiskChallenger Resilience team, which meets at the office every Friday to spar about various issues, attend workshops together, develop products together, but also to play ping-pong and, of course, to have lunch and drinks together. You will contribute to our product and service development. With your ideas and insights, we enrich our software solutions and improve our services to customers.

Your activities will include...
