Our primary clients are organisations working in the contracting, energy, central government, decentralised government, healthcare and/or water management sectors. For this year and the coming years, our ambition is to start offering new products and services in the field of risk management to new (international) markets.

What will you do?

As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business. You do this by actively seeking out and approaching new customers. You are also responsible for maintaining existing customer relationships by maintaining regular contact and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. Achieving set sales targets (with your team, of course) is an important part of this role.

You will also be involved in preparing and following up offers and contracts. You contribute to the development of new products and services based on customer feedback. You identify market trends and developments and translate these into opportunities for the company.

Finally, you contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans. With your commercial attitude and excellent communication skills, you know how to retain customers and are able to acquire new customers. What do we ask for?

  • A completed higher education in a commercial field, marketing or similar;
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in a commercial and/or marketing related position;
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • A commercial drive and persuasiveness;
  • A proactive and result-oriented attitude;
  • Knowledge of and experience with sales processes and CRM systems;
  • An independent working attitude and a team player.
