Team Lead Risk Management Advisors
Who are we?
RiskChallenger is a niche player in the risk management market, whose service and product is "Communicative Risk Management". Primary markets are organisations working in the contracting, energy, central government, decentralised government, healthcare and/or water management sectors. For the period 2024-2025, the ambition is to start offering new products and services in the field of risk management to new (international) markets.
What will you do?
As Team Leader Advisers at RiskChallenger, you will manage the team of advisers in terms of content and report responsibility for the functioning of the advice team to the MT. You are responsible for the quality of the advice provided by the team. You review delivered products, support advisers where necessary and ensure a good, balanced distribution of work between the advisers.
Faced with the complex issues of our clients, you are the senior advisor, supporting companies in implementing our software and advising on the Risk Management process to help projects, programmes and organisations grow in maturity in communicative risk management.
In addition, you take care of broadening and expanding the expertise of our consultants (but also at clients) by facilitating and organising trainings, workshops and courses.
Finally, together with our sales managers, you look for new customers and new product-market combinations. You will come up with new functionalities for our software or even develop completely new tools. You can then implement and market these with the rest of your team.
Your activities will include
(but not limited to)
- Managing content and supporting the team of 15 consultants where necessary;
- Quality assurance on the products and services provided by the consultants;
- Ensuring a balanced workload among the consultants;
- Searching for new opportunities in the market together with the sales manager;
- Supporting implementation processes of RiskChallenger at customers;
- Developing tooling (new functions, new software);
- Building and maintaining a relationship network;
- Co-preparing quotations and action plans;
- Realising training and risk management courses.

We expect you to have...
- > 6 years' experience in the risk management field;
- Experience in managing teams;
- Are ad rem, enthusiastic and commercially minded;
- Fits into a young and ambitious team;
- Has at least HBO working and thinking level;
- It is an advantage if you have experience in one or more of our primary market(s).
