v5.3.0
Release notes
In this release, a number of features and bug fixes were added:
- It is now possible that only the facilitator can shift the risks in a brainstorming session. You set this up when you start a new brainstorming session.
- Owners can now be added to risks, an option that is similar to action holders of measures. In the project settings, you can set that risk owners can edit their own risks if they “only” have reading rights.
- If multiple projects are merged and a project area has been set for a number of projects, a combination of all those project areas is now shown in the merged file.
- If a brainstorm session is not open for more than 2 weeks, the authorization expires. That authorization can now be restored by the facilitator, if they use the “rejoin” button from the file.
- In the new brianstorm module, quite a few adjustments have been made to make it even more user-friendly.
- Querying the history for filter values now works again. This did not work for a while for filters that were created before a certain date.
- Files that are linked to a template without originally belonging to that template are now also shown in the list of linked files when merged.
