Who are we?

At RiskChallenger, we develop interactive and communicative software in the field of risk & compliance. Our biggest product is called RiskChallenger and has a whole host of major clients such as BAM, Boskalis and Aruba airport. We are also working on new products and are always working on new ambitions. We are an informal and open organisation, where everyone is on an equal footing. Together, we work on the further development of existing applications, invent new products and, of course, take the time to have fun in between. We also give you the opportunity and space to develop yourself.

Our development team consists of twelve people, three of whom work part-time. We are currently looking for software developers with work experience, as we want to expand the applications and start developing new ones.

What will you do?

‍

RiskChallenger is a growing organisation that is always looking for new opportunities. As a result, the work is varied and flexible. We can use reinforcement in all kinds of areas: front-end development (Angular), back-end development (NestJS), automated testing, cloud service management (GCP), but also the development of links to existing software, thinking up new functionality and collecting feedback from customers. Depending on your needs and expertise, you can work as a front-end or full-stack developer.

Your activities include

‍

• Continued development and maintenance of RiskChallenger's current software;
• Developing new applications;
• Writing links between RiskChallenger and our clients' applications;
• Thinking along and working on new products set up within the team.

We expect you to...

‍

• Fit into a young and ambitious team;
• Are available 24 to 40 hours per week;
• Have at least 2 years' working experience as a web developer;
• Possess at least HBO working and thinking level;
• Has experience with our stack: HTML(5), CSS(3), Typescript, Angular, NestJS;
• Can work well together in projects;
• Speaks fluent Dutch or English.

Furthermore, it may be useful if you...

‍

• Experience with one or more of the following frameworks: Express, NodeJS;
• Have experience with relational databases;
• Have general experience with MVC frameworks;
• Have experience with automated testing and frameworks for this;
• Have experience with GCP cloud services.
